Another week of ups and downs. For much of the time, Bob and I were busy “seeing” clients virtually, having Zoom dinners with friends and connecting with family. Other times I felt like I was on a protracted roller coaster ride, inching toward the top of the hill, anxiously waiting and anticipating the descent into another week of fear and uncertainty. Between the ups and downs, we tried to exercise, eat well, and not watch too much news.
One of the highlights of our week was being on a webinar with one of our favorite teachers, Esther Perel. She talked about “Life and Love Under Lockdown.” Her most recent newsletter will give you a taste of who she is, as well as tips on thriving, not just surviving, through this difficult time.
