What a week. So much to take in and digest. What we are going through is a process of grieving. Life as we knew it, we hope temporarily, has disappeared.

We are mourning the loss of our daily routines, missing the loved ones we can’t see for a while, and for some much more. We are afraid of losing our incomes, our livelihoods, our health, our lives and those of our loved ones.

This is also a time of hope, help and connection. We are all in this together. Though Social Distancing is talked about, what is really meant is Physical Distancing.

This is the time for Social Connection – with friends, with family, with people you haven’t talked to in a long time, with co-workers, with neighbors and with others that you can offer help to.

We are here, hunkered down at home, transitioning our practice to one that is virtual and/or on the telephone.

Please reach out to us for help, connection, support.

Here is a video from Bob and I in support of whatever you are going through.
